Appointments And Payments
Appointments
To allow time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointments. Just like in people, pet illnesses and emergencies don't occur on schedules, so we make every attempt to accommodate you as soon as possible. A sincere effort is made to see each client on time. If you ever need to reschedule your appointment, a phone call is appreciated by everyone.
Payment/Fees
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept personal checks, Visa, Mac, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Care Credit (call 800-365- 8295 or www.carecredit.com for more information). You are encouraged to discuss charges before services are rendered. After a thorough physical examination and assessment of your pet, a written estimate is available upon request.
